It is Managed Zello Core or Plus with unlimited talk, text and data on the device, starting at $64.95 per user per month. It is available only on rugged smartphones, not on two-way radios. Everything in your chosen plan is included, and hardware is sold separately.
What is included in every Managed Zello plan?
Every plan includes the Integrated Radio managed Zello network, enterprise mobile device management, and a multi-carrier SIM and data plan, plus the Zello Work features of your tier.
Why buy Managed Zello instead of buying Zello directly?
Licenses are the easy part. Managed Zello adds channel design, user administration, MDM, data service and ongoing changes, so one provider is accountable for the whole deployment.
What is the difference between Core and Plus?
Core covers Zello push-to-talk, location, administration and security. Plus adds AI Digests, the AI Assistant, Transcription, Translations, Message Vault, Emergency Alerts, breadcrumb history and Google Maps traffic, and 24/7 Zello support.
Is hardware included in the monthly price?
No. Radios and rugged phones are sold separately, with prices listed in our online store. The monthly price covers the Zello service, MDM and data plan.
Can we use devices we already own?
Yes, if they are compatible. We check each model, enroll it in our MDM and install Zello Work before it goes back into service.
What does the multi-carrier SIM do?
It is a data SIM that can use more than one carrier network, so a device is less dependent on a single carrier's coverage. We activate and manage it for you.
What does your enterprise MDM cover?
Device enrollment, policies, app controls, Wi-Fi settings, push-to-talk key mapping, remote lock, wipe and locate, and kiosk or lockdown mode where needed.
Does Zello work on Wi-Fi?
Yes. Zello works over Wi-Fi as well as cellular data, which helps inside warehouses, hotels and other buildings with good wireless coverage.
Can Zello connect to our existing two-way radios?
Yes, through Zello's radio gateway, which links traditional radios to Zello channels. We assess your radio system before recommending a setup.
Is Managed Zello a replacement for business two-way radio?
For many teams, yes. Zello on a push-to-talk radio works like a business walkie-talkie, but over cellular data and Wi-Fi, so range is not limited by a repeater.
Can office staff use Zello on their own phones?
Yes. Zello Work runs on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, so supervisors and office staff can join the same channels as the field team.
What is Zello Dispatch Hub?
Zello Dispatch Hub is a desktop dispatch app for PC and Mac. Seats are $19.95 per dispatcher per month and can be added to Core or Plus.
Do you offer Zello Enterprise features such as SSO?
