Who is Integrated Radio?
We run Zello push-to-talk for businesses and look after it for you. Every plan covers the managed Zello network, enterprise device management and a multi-carrier SIM and data plan, and we supply the rugged two-way radios and phones it runs on. We handle the setup at the start and the changes you need later as people join, leave or move between sites. You deal with one company, instead of a radio dealer, a phone carrier and an IT consultant who each blame the other when something stops working.
Why we started
Buying the radio is the easy part
Traditional two-way radios work well, but only across the area they were built to cover. Stretching them further means antennas, licenses, coverage surveys and somebody on staff who understands all three. Push-to-talk over the cell network solves the range problem, but doing it properly still means dealing with four separate suppliers: one for the handsets, one for the SIM cards, one for the software, and one to set the whole thing up. We watched too many businesses give up somewhere in the middle of that. So we built the service on Zello Work, put the pieces together, and took responsibility for the result.
Integrated Radio is based in Red Bank, New Jersey, and comes from telecom: years of sourcing business phone systems, internet and cloud communications for companies across the region. The same engineers who qualify a building for fiber now qualify your sites for coverage, and the same office answers the phone afterwards. That is why we can be accountable for the whole system rather than just shipping hardware.
