What does Integrated Radio do?
Integrated Radio runs Zello push-to-talk as a managed service for businesses. We build and run your Zello Work network, manage the radios and phones, supply the data plan and support all of it, on one bill.
What is Zello?
Zello is a push-to-talk platform that works like the walkie-talkie your team already knows: press the button, speak, everyone on the channel hears you. Zello Work, its business edition, carries the audio over cellular and Wi-Fi instead of a licensed antenna, so it reaches 99.6% of the US.
Should we get radios or rugged phones?
Both run Zello on the same channels, so you can mix them. Choose radios if your team wants something that looks and feels like a walkie-talkie, with a big button and a loud speaker. Choose rugged phones if your team also needs apps, a camera or a keypad. Tell us how the team works and we will say which we would put in.
Do we have to replace our existing radios?
Often not. Managed Zello Core and Plus include Zello's gateway with traditional radios, so your existing radios and your Zello users can share the same channels. The gateway hardware is scoped per site, and we confirm what is possible against your system before quoting.
What does managed actually include?
We build and run your Zello network: channel design, user setup, roles and permissions, and every move, add and change. Every device is enrolled in enterprise device management, and a multi-carrier SIM and data plan is activated and managed by us. Troubleshooting and fleet growth are included.
How is this priced?
Per user, per month, with no minimum and no lock-in. Managed Zello Core is $24.95, Managed Zello Plus is $34.95, and a Zello Dispatch Hub seat is $19.95 per dispatcher. Radios and phones are sold separately in our online store, or you can bring compatible devices.
