Which Managed Zello plan do I need?
Choose Managed Zello Core at $24.95 per user per month if your team needs fast push-to-talk, live location and a network we run for you. Choose Managed Zello Plus at $34.95 if you also need Emergency Alerts, transcription, translations, AI Digests, a searchable Message Vault archive or 24/7 Zello support. Both include our managed Zello network, enterprise MDM and a multi-carrier SIM. If you are unsure, tell us how the team works and we will say which one we would put in.

Choosing a plan
The questions that usually decide it.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Moving from Core to Plus is a change request to us, not a rebuild. Your devices, channels and users stay in place.
Can some users be on Core and others on Plus?
Ask us. Whether plans can be mixed on one Zello network depends on how the account is set up, and we confirm it when we quote.
Do we need Plus to use Zello Dispatch Hub?
No. A Dispatch Hub seat is $19.95 per dispatcher per month on either plan. The shared call queue and dispatch analytics work on both plans. Transcription and Emergency Alerts require Plus.
Is hardware included in either plan?
No. Two-way radios and rugged phones are sold separately in our online store, or you can bring compatible devices. Both plans include enterprise MDM and a multi-carrier SIM and data plan.
