Rentals
Radios for the weeks you need them
Events, seasonal peaks and fixed-term projects do not justify buying a fleet. Rent radios that arrive configured for your talk groups and go back when the job is done.

Short answer
Can I rent push-to-talk radios short term?
Yes. Integrated Radio supplies short-term and event radio rentals. Radios arrive already configured for your talk groups and channel structure, with wireless service active for the rental period. Because the fleet runs over cellular, there is no repeater to install on site, which makes multi-venue and outdoor events considerably simpler.
When renting makes sense
Short commitments, full capability
A rental fleet is the same managed service as an ongoing account, just with a defined end date. The radios arrive set up with your channels, the wireless service is active for the period you need, and they go back when the job is done. Because there is no antenna to install on site, a multi-venue event or an outdoor site is no harder to cover than a single building. Rental suits a defined period. If what you actually need is radios on an ongoing basis, standard service is month to month anyway, so there is no long commitment to sidestep.
What arrives
Configured, not just shipped
We set the fleet up against your event plan before it leaves us, so nobody is programming radios on site.
Radios set up with your channels
Wireless service active for the rental period
Chargers and standard accessories
Labeling to your team or zone naming
Dispatch access where the plan includes it
Collection and shutdown at the end
Rental availability, minimum terms and pricing depend on quantity, dates and location. Coverage is confirmed against the specific venue or site before a rental is confirmed.
Questions
Rental questions
What organizers and project managers ask first.
What is the minimum rental period?
It depends on quantity and season. Tell us your dates and quantity and we will confirm what is practical.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can for large events. Quantities for peak weekends are finite, and configuration takes lead time.
Do the radios work across a large site?
They work wherever supported cellular or Wi-Fi coverage is available. For large or rural venues we check coverage against the specific location before confirming.
Can we add radios mid-event?
Where stock allows, yes. Additional radios can be provisioned onto the same talk groups and dispatched to site.
What happens if one is damaged?
Damage and loss terms are set out in the rental agreement. Replacements can usually be provisioned quickly onto the same configuration.
Do you deliver, or do we collect?
Tell us the venue and the dates and we will confirm what is possible for your location. Radios arrive already set up with your channels, so there is no configuration to do when the boxes land, whichever way they get to you.
Can we rent and then move to an ongoing account?
Yes, and it is a common route. A rental proves the coverage and the channel design on a real event. If you then want radios permanently, ongoing service is month to month, so moving across does not commit you to a long agreement unless you want the pricing that comes with one.
