Dealer PoC platforms vs Managed Zello is really a question about what lands on your invoice and who answers for it. RealPTT, POCSTARS and iConvNet are active platforms, generally reached through an agent, partner or radio dealer who shapes the final service. Our recommendation for most US teams is Managed Zello, on one bill. It is fully managed by Integrated Radio, with full enterprise MDM on every device and multi-carrier LTE coverage, SIM and data plan included. Integrated Radio sells Managed Zello and sells Inrico radios, so weigh our view with that in mind.

Why this category works differently
These platforms are built for a chain of sellers. iConvNet Manager lists agent management, enterprise management and even rental stock management. A Talkpod guide describes RealPTT’s web platform as having agent, sub-agent, enterprise and department levels, and says POCSTARS lets distributors create dealers and manage end users.
That chain can work well when you have a good local radio shop. It also means the platform’s website rarely tells you the price, who holds your SIMs, or who fixes a problem. You learn that from the dealer, and it can differ from one dealer to the next.
RealPTT
RealPTT comes from Shenzhen Corget Technology. It is actively maintained, with its Android app updated in July 2026. The listing covers group and private calls, GPS, video, patrol, workflow, man-down detection, and PC and web dispatchers. It also mentions MDM, so ask what that includes.
Corget says its only official subscription payment portal is realptt.com/ptt/proxy, and that it requires an agent account. So a business buyer goes through an agent. We found no official price and no US office on Corget’s site.
POCSTARS
POCSTARS is the broadest of the three. Its lines include MCSTARS for 3GPP mission-critical services, POCSTARS-MNO for mobile operators, POCSTARS-PRO, its all-in-one platform, POCSTARS-UC, geo-location, POCSTARS-MDM for Android device management, and the MiniServer, a compact on-premise server for sites like hotels and campuses.
It is headquartered in Shenzhen and lists offices in Indonesia and Colombia. Its about and contact pages mention no US office or partner, and we found no public pricing. Its device list includes Hytera, RugGear, Sonim, Telox, Samsung and others. So the product is current, but a US buyer needs to ask POCSTARS who can sell and support it here.
iConvNet and the Inrico link
iConvNet is the platform most tied to one radio brand, so we checked what it actually is. Its own site describes an integrated communication and dispatching system and calls iConvNet a “Global Strategic Partner of Inrico.” Inrico Canada sells it as its PTT management platform, and the Inrico PTT+ Android app, published by Inrico Technologies, uses an iConvNet package name. We found no public statement of who owns whom.
It also has the clearest public pricing, though from Canadian dealers. Mobilewave in Ontario lists the app and the dispatch console at $8 or $18 per month, and an older plan sheet shows a $25 monthly bundle of app and 500 MB of cellular data. Canadian Wireless Supply lists the app at $10 per device per month or $90 per year, on month-to-month terms under Alberta law. Neither states a currency. Inrico Canada says that distributor ships to the US and Canada, and the distributor describes service wherever there is 3G or 4G coverage in both countries. We did not find a listed US dealer.
Inrico radios run Zello too
Buying an Inrico radio does not commit you to iConvNet. Inrico radios can run Zello with Managed Zello, and we sell the Inrico T640A, T522A, S380 and TM-7Plus for exactly that. Inrico Canada says its radios work with various Android-based PTT apps and publishes a Zello operating guide for models including the S380 and TM-7 Plus. It also advises loading only one PTT app at a time.
To be fair, Inrico’s Canadian channel recommends iConvNet as the app that makes full use of the radio. Our answer is the setup work. With enterprise MDM, the push-to-talk key is mapped per device, and the radio arrives charged, labeled and signed in to Zello with your channels. Browse our radios or read what business two-way radios cost.
One bill versus a stack of line items
Some dealer software prices are lower than ours, and if you already have SIMs and an administrator, that saving is real. Now count the parts. A dealer stack can mean an app fee per radio, a cellular line, a dispatch license, an MDM product if you want one, and your own staff time for users and groups.
Managed Zello puts the managed network, MDM, SIM and data plan under one per-user price. We do the channel design, provisioning, naming standards, permissions, and moves, adds and changes. FCC data shows 99.6% of Americans live where at least one mobile network offers 4G LTE (FCC 2024 Communications Marketplace Report). Coverage depends on your sites, so every quote starts with a free coverage check.
For dispatch, Zello Dispatch Hub runs on PC and Mac at $19.95 per dispatcher per month. For existing radios, Zello Work offers a radio gateway, scoped per site and quoted separately. Hardware is separate, with no minimum and no lock-in.
When a dealer platform might fit better
iConvNet: you already own Inrico radios, want multi-channel video dispatch, and have a dealer you trust.
POCSTARS: you need an on-premise small-site server, standards-based mission-critical services, or a carrier-grade platform for a mobile operator.
RealPTT: you want NFC patrol checks or integrations with video surveillance protocols such as ONVIF and RTSP.
Any of them: a strong local dealer already runs your radios and your team is happy to handle SIMs and admin through them.
Our recommendation
For a US team that wants one provider and one bill, we think Managed Zello is the right call. Choose Core at $24.95 per user per month for live voice, unlimited channels, texts, photos and real-time location. Choose Plus at $34.95 for AI Digests, transcription, translations, the Message Vault archive, breadcrumb history and Emergency Alerts with location. Emergency Alerts are not a substitute for 911 or code-required life-safety systems, and Zello is not a replacement for a public-safety primary radio system.
Request a quote with your sites and headcount, and we will run the coverage check first.
