The IR-350 is the supervisor's radio: the one carried by a hotel duty manager, a facilities lead walking several buildings, a security shift supervisor or a logistics coordinator who spends the day moving between groups rather than doing heavy work. At under 7.1 oz it is the lightest unit in the range and the only handheld with Bluetooth, so it pairs with an earpiece for discreet use on a hotel floor or a retail site. The 1.77-inch color screen shows channel, user and status at a glance, and GPS with GLONASS means the person coordinating is also visible on the dispatch map.
IR-350s are usually ordered in smaller numbers alongside a fleet of IR-60Y or IR-65Y units for the wider crew, and configured with access to every talk group so a supervisor can drop into any conversation. Each ships charged with charger, battery, belt clip and antenna, provisioned to its named user so the dispatch screen shows who is where. Bluetooth accessories and carrier configuration are confirmed when we quote.
